When will I receive my patterens
Patterns will be emailed out within 24 hours of payment. If you have not received your pattern within 24 hours
please check your Spam Folder. If you would like your purchase sent to another email address please let us know at time of purchase which email address you prefer.
Do you offer refunds
Please make sure you can print or download a pdf using your email provider before ordering, due to the nature of the product we do not offer refunds
In what format do you email the patterns in
All of our patterns are sent out as a PDF and will be sent to you using the email provided to us by Paypal. Make sure this email is in good working order.
